Elaine L. Morgan

Elaine L. Morgan, age 60, a 33 year resident of Shelby Township, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. Elaine was born April 27, 1959 in Detroit, the daughter of Erdo and Maria (Simone) Graziani. She married Russell Morgan on September 13, 1997 in Warren. Elaine graduated from Bishop Gallagher High School, then earned her Bachelor Degree in accounting from Oakland University. She then worked for over 25 years as a budget manager at the Detroit News. Her hobbies included crocheting, dancing, and was well known for her cooking abilities. Elaine is survived by her husband Russell, children Courtney Morgan of Arizona, Garrett (Jessica) Ellard of Auburn Hills, Shane Morgan of Florida, Tyler Morgan & Luke Morgan of Shelby Township. She is also survived by her father Erdo of Sterling Heights, sister Loretta (Mark) Alexander of Beverly Hills, sister Annette (Stuart) Lozen of Clinton Township, brother-in-law Randy (Chris) Morgan of Florida, sister-in-law Roxanne (Bryan) Rollison of Waterford, and grandchildren Brentley Morgan and June Moore. Funeral services will take place on Friday, August 23 at 10 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church of Romeo located at 343 S. Main, Romeo Michigan 48065. Burial to follow at Guardian Angels Cemetery in Oakland, Michigan. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4—8 PM at the Henry M.
