Flora M. Glentz

Flora M. Glentz, age 89, of Ray Township, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Angelica’s Nursing facility in Romeo. Flora was born March 10, 1922 in Alpena, Michigan, the daughter of Kenneth and Angeline (Muncey) Schrader. She married Earl E. Glentz on April 26, 1952 and he preceded her in death on April 29, 2010 after 58 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her sister Mae Cadarette. Flora was a longtime member of the Davis United Methodist Church. Her hobbies include bowling and crocheting. Flora is survived by her children: Albert (Julie) Glentz of Ray Township and Bonnie (Tom) Boughner of Houghton Lake, Michigan. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Siblings include Floyd & Dale Schrader and Marion Miller all of Alpena, Michigan. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 1 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Paul Werner of the Living Hope of Bay Church in Ray Township. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 and on Sunday from 3-8.
