Mary S. Medaugh, age 79, a 47 year resident of Washington Twp., passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at the Village Rehabilitation & Care Center in Armada. Mary was born July 25, 1932 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Bertrum & Laura (Smith) Felton. She married John R. Medaugh on May 3, 1958 in Springfield, Missouri. Mary, along with her husband John and family owned & operated “Medaugh’s of Romeo” women clothing store from 1960 till 1992. Mary was a lifelong member of St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo where she taught catechism for many years. Her hobbies include golfing, bowling, knitting, and spending precious time when her many grandchildren. Mary is survived by her husband John, children: Mark Medaugh of Lennox, Twp., Chris (Maribeth) Medaugh of Imlay City, MI., Jennifer (Dr. Stephen) Dowell of Carrollton, Ohio, Paul (Jennifer) Medaugh of Ray, Mi., Amy (Kevin) Barrett of Richmond, MI., John (Leesa) Medaugh of Rochester Hills, MI., and Anne (Jason) Dunn of Bardston, Kentucky. Also survived by 26 grandchildren and her sister Helen Weathers of St Louis, Missouri. Visitation will take place on Friday from 2-9 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan. Mass of Resurrection will take place on Saturday at 11 AM at St Clement Catholic Church, Romeo with Fr. Fr. Joseph Horn of Holy Family Catholic Church of Memphis, Mi. officiating. Burial will follow in Bruce-Armada Cemetery Visitation: on Friday from 2-9 PM Malburg Funeral Home 11280 32 Mile Road Romeo, Michigan 48065 Services: Saturday. 11 AM St Clement Catholic Church 343 S. Main Romeo, Michigan 48065 Interment: Bruce-Armada Cemetery Bruce Township,Michigan
