Robert Martin Starr

Rob was born in Angola Indiana to Robert and Kathleen (Martin) Starr. He left this Earth at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital after a lengthy illness. He graduated from Romeo High School and Hope College, Holland. Rob was a talented artist and graphic designer. He volunteered for the Macomb Literary Partners teaching English as a second language and enjoyed solving computer problems for family and friends. Rob is survived by his parents, Don and Kathleen Edwards, Romeo, his sons, Robert Noah, Malibu CA and Kieran Michael, Holland, MI. He is also survived by his “Brady Bunch” siblings: Lisa Edward Schirmer, Romeo, Alycia Starr (Robert Krantz), Romeo, Amy Starr Dressler (Stephen), Armada, Bryan Edwards and Donnie Edwards (Chasity) of Kansas City, MO and Heather Starr, Orlando, FL. Surviving Rob, also, is his maternal grandmother, Eileen Martin, Romeo, his Uncles, Michael Martin (Diane) of Coventry, RI. Frank Starr, Corning, NY and Paul Starr (Cathy), Rochester, NY as well as several beloved nieces and nephews. Rob was preceded by his father, Robert Starr, Orlando, His maternal grandfather, Michael Martin, Jr., Romeo his paternal grandparents, Robert and Helen Starr, Corning, NY. Visitation for friends and family will be from 3-8 PM on Monday, November 14 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, 11280 32 Mile Road, Romeo. A funeral Mass will be held at St John’s Catholic Church (872 Capac Road, Allenton Michigan ) 1/2 mile south of Almont Road on Capac Road) AT 11 am on Tuesday, November 15, 2016.
