Adam T. Hawkins, age 37, a lifelong Romeo area resident, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Adam was born January 21, 1977 in Rochester Hills, Michigan, the son of William E. and Judy L. (Whittington) Hawkins. Adam graduated from Romeo High School in 1996 where he excelled as a linebacker on the football team and as a wrestler. He took machine shop classes in high school and used these talents to work as a machinist for many years, mostly making parts for the oil rig industry. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, being an outdoors man, trap shooting, target shooting, and taking outdoor pictures. He was also proud when he could find a 4 leaf clover and reading about his Native American Indian heritage. Adam is survived by his mother Judy Hawkins of Romeo and father William E. (Mary) Hawkins of Warren. Also survived by his siblings: William (Anneliese) Hawkins of Oakland Township, Shawn (Bethany) Hawkins of Wyoming, and Jaimie Hawkins of Washington Township. Adam was preceded in death by his sisters Ana Marie and Judith Lee Slinglend. A blessing/luncheon will take place on Saturday December 6, 2014 from 1-6 at the Capital Banquet Center (12350 31 Mile Rd. Washington Twp., MI 48095). Arrangements by the Henry M.
