Alma F. Bolam

Alma F. Bolam, age 92, former longtime resident of Interlochen and  Grosse Pointe Woods, Mi., passed away at Independence Village in  Plymouth, Mi. on Monday, January 12, 2009. Alma was born March 23, 1916 in Melbourne, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Eber and Cora  (Quick) Frost. She married Ross E. Bolam on September 7, 1938 in Kingsville, Ontario. He preceded her in death on January 26, 2005. A  homemaker her whole life, Alma enjoyed her family and friends, caring for her lakeside home, and her flower gardens.       Alma is survived by her sons, Larry (Linda) Bolam of Northville, Mi., and Bob (Marcia) Bolam of Romeo, Mi., grandchildren Rob, Abby, Chris, Dan, and Jon, and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death  by grandson, Michael and brother, Lawrence.     Visitation at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo Saturday, January 17, 2009 from 12-4 pm, followed by a service.
