An Nong

An Nong, age 64, a 37 year resident of Romeo passed away on April 29, 2016 at Henry Ford Detroit. An was born on March 12, 1952 in Cambodia, the son of Mourn and Morn (Suy) Nong. An worked at Romeo Community Schools as a Custodian from 1979 to 2010. He loved fishing, gardening, and being with his grandchildren. An also enjoyed building and fixing things up. An is survived by his wife Chan Nong of Romeo. Daughters Naree (Peter) Snodgrass, and Dara (Paul) Kulisek, both of Macomb Township. Also survived by two siblings and three grandchildren; Ellie, Amelia, and Ethan. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 7 PM with Pastor James Hockley officating at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, Michigan. Visitation will also be on Wednesday May 4, 2016 from 2 PM until 8 PM.
