Antoinette "Toni" L. Wurth

Antoinette Lee “Toni” Wurth, age 77, a resident of Sterling Heights for 19 years and previously from Shelby Township area, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, Michigan.  Toni was born July 22, 1939 in Grantsberg, Wisconsin, the daughter of Morton F. and Marie A. (Holmes) Goodell.  Toni married Vincent G. Wurth, Jr. on July 28, 1955 in Angola, Indiana.   Toni is survived by her husband, Vincent Jr. and their children, Vincent III, Carlotta (Robert ) Thompson, Celeste Wurth and Julie (Wayne) Zapczynski. She was blessed with 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was also survived by 1 brother and 5 sisters. Toni loved to be a mother, and especially loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother. Her hobbies included playing poker, video games, bowling and shopping. Visitation will be on Friday, January 13, 2017, from 1-8 p.m. at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, 11280 32-Mile Road, Romeo Michigan. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church (44429 Utica Rd., Utica, MI 48317) with burial to follow at the Romeo Cemetery in Romeo.
