Brian T. Haddlesey

Brian T. Haddlesey, age 85, a 35 year resident of Bruce Township passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. Brian was born in England on July 12, 1938 the son of Francis and Christina (Molly Woods) Haddlesey.

Brian worked at General Motors as an Engineer for over 30 years retiring from the Tech Center. He began his automotive career working for Vauxhall Motors in England, traveling to India to work for Hindustan Motors and to Germany to work for Opal Motors. His love of travel and his ability to fix anything was remarkable and a skill he passed on to his children and grandchildren.

Brian was married to his wife Angela, who predeceased him in 2020. Brian is survived by his sister Lillian Patricia of Eastcote, England. He is predeceased by his other sister, Eileen also of England.

Brian is also survived by his children, Mark (Karen) Haddlesey of Pickney and Zoe (Pete) Wagner of Bruce Township. Grandchildren, Karly Wagner (Ben Tucker), Christopher (Julia) Haddlesey, Vincent (Emily) Wagner, Scott (Alexandra) Haddlesey, and Sean(Morgan) Haddlesey.

Funeral services will be private.
