Bruce A. Johnson

Bruce A. Johnson, a resident of Romeo since 2009, passed peacefully on September 4, 2022 at Beaumont Hospital of Troy. Bruce was born August 28, 1959, the son of John Johnson Sr, and Donna (Lockwood) Johnson. He was a 1977 graduate of Almont High School. Bruce then married Angela on July 22, 1988 and they welcomed their son, Vincent a few years later. Bruce worked 30 years as a machine operator, doing precision steel cutting. He was always dedicated and hardworking.---

Bruce enjoyed golfing, watching Michigan and Detroit Lions football. He also loved to travel, bike riding, walks and anything outdoors.

Bruce is survived by his wife Angela Merucci-Johnson of Romeo, son Vincent Merucci, and siblings Walter, Mary Ann, Janice, John Jr., Robbie, Paul and Thomas. He was preceded in death by his sister Rosemary.

Bruce was loved and surrounded by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
