Cathy Lynn Dickman

Cathy Lynn Dickman passed away on March 6, 2022 after a 6-year battle with cancer. She was 65 years old. The Lord, in His mercy, allowed her to pass peacefully surrounded by her husband and daughters. Cathy was born to Bill and Margaret Worley on January 12, 1957 in Clintwood, Virginia. After graduating Troy High School, Cathy met Robert Dickman in California in 1977. The couple married on August 5, 1978. Their marriage was an example of true love, commitment, and sacrifice to those who knew them. Cathy was blessed to build many relationships with colleagues and patients, working in the medical field for many years. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her will remember her kindness, humor, and that she always put others before herself. Cathy is survived by her husband Robert, daughters Melissa and Jessica (Daniel) Renfro, mother Margaret Worley, sister Treasa Bloodgood, and nieces Aarika (Mike) Fowler and Brooke (Ryan) Halas. She was preceded in death by her father Bill and brother Billy. Per Cathy’s wishes, a private memorial will be held this summer.
