Charles “Chuck” Dunham , age 57, a resident of Dryden, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024, in Romeo, Michigan. Chuck was born November 25, 1966, in Mt. Clemens to Lynn and Muriel (Proctor) Dunham.
Chuck grew up in Armada before moving to Shelby Twp, where he attended Dwight D. Eisenhower High School. After high school, Charles enjoyed careers as a welder and CNC programmer. Chuck loved woodworking, camping, movies, and music. He especially loved taking rides on his Whizzer bike.
Chuck is survived by his parents Lynn and Muriel Dunham, children Charles (Rachel) Dunham, Brittany (Adam) Green, and Genna Dunham, siblings Alan (Karen) Dunham, Kevin Dunham, and Christopher (Tracy) Dunham, and nephews and nieces Kevin, Stephanie, Kim, Melissa, Justin, and Crystal. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Adrienne Dunham, sister, Mary (Dunham) King, and nephew, Nathan Dunham.
Chuck was known by most for his humor and kindness. He was always quick to laugh and loved to have a chuckle about a moment, memory, or movie quote. He was always there to help you laugh when you needed it the most and brought light to every situation.
Chuck held onto that sense of humor through his battle with cancer. He always had his head up high, ready to fire a joke at you. Despite his health issues, he was always positive and grateful for the time he had and who he spent it with. He will forever be missed.
