Charles R. Kindred

Charles R. Kindred, age 73, a 17 year resident of Almont and formerly from Romeo, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Chuck was born December 21, 1943 in Detroit, the son of Melbourn and Eileen (Rhinehart) Kindred. He married Constance Sharp 47 years ago. Chuck retired from General Motors Tech Center in Warren, MI. 20 years ago and worked as a specification specialist. He started at General Motors at Fisher Body. Chuck loved to deer hunt and was a gun enthusiast. Chuck is survived by his wife Connie of Almont, children: Donald A. of Oxford, MI., Raymond C. of Almont, Wendy S. Kindred of Pennsylvania, and Suzanne M. Bradin also of Almont. Grandchildren include Olivia S. Bradin, Tallulah S. Bradin, and Lilianne S. Bradin. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and brother Donald. Funeral services will take place on Sunday at 5 pm at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with visitation on Saturday from 5-8 and on Sunday from 1-5 PM with services at 5 PM with pastor Eric Majeski of Grace Lutheran Fellowship officiating.
