Charles R. Kowalke

Charles R. Kowalke, age 65, a 45 year resident of the Flushing, MI., area, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Flushing.  Charles was born January 3, 1945 in Detroit, the son of Frederick and Agnes (Mazure) Kowalke.  Charles graduated from Cass Tech High School in Detroit and then went to Wayne State University where he learned to be a graphic artist.  Charles  then worked for many years as a graphic artist for Eller Sign Company in Detroit and then worked as a self employed graphic artist with his company named CRK Graphics.      Charles is survived by his brothers:  Fred (Marie) Kowalke of Romeo and Daniel (Carolyn) Kowalke of Applegate, MI.  Also survived by many nieces & nephews.       Memorial services will take place on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 11 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo.  Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Arrangements by the Henry M.
