Cheryl Lynn Petrie-Clanton, age 60, a Pontiac resident passed away on August 24, 2022. Cheryl was born on March 8, 1962, daughter of James and Nina (Kinnison). In her High School years, she was a drum player and a baton twirler. Cheryl loved to be in the kitchen, cooking was one thing she was passionate about. She was an avid reader of her favorite author Stephen King, she also loved to be a caretaker of plants and flowers. She loved her Sunflowers the most! Cheryl enjoyed being with her family and her grandkids, listening to music or watching her show the Walking Dead. Cheryl was known for her heart of gold with everyone that knew her. Cheryl is survived by her sons, Leonard (Alicia) Petrie, Noah (Glorivee) Terry, and daughter Tiffany Petrie. Her siblings, Michelle Morris Delacruzaiuto, and James Richard Morris. Grandchildren, Darian, Justin, Brandon, Elysse, Gigi, and Isabella. Also her dog and companion, “Rocko”. Her love Will Sims. Services will be private...
