Cynthia A. Rapp

Cynthia A. Rapp, age 71, a resident of Ray Township since 1969 and formerly from Bruce Township, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 27, 2014. Cynthia was born July 9, 1943 in Bangor, Maine, the daughter of William R. and Hellen (McGoldrick) Kerr. She married Richard H. Rapp in February of 1963 at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo. Cynthia was a caregiver for many family and friends over the years, took care of in-laws and now her husband Richard. When younger, she worked at Interstate Mfg. of Romeo. Her hobbies include riding horses, swimming, crocheting, and spending winters in Texas. Cynthia is survived by her husband Richard, daughter, Rebecca Pagan of Ray Township and daughter-in-law Caroline Rapp also of Ray. Grandchildren include Cody Pagan, Jessica Pagan, and Daniel R. Rapp. Also survived by one brother Frederick (Patricia) Kerr of Gaylord and her special friends for years Karen Nieman. Cynthia was preceded in death by son Richard II. Funeral services will take place on Friday, January 2 at 7 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with visitation to take place also on Friday from 1-8 PM.
