Daniel W. Carr

Daniel W. Carr, age 65, a 28 year Romeo resident passed away peaceful at his home, on Monday, September 15, 2014. Daniel was born August 16, 1949 in Detroit, MI., the son of James and Doris (Manchester) Carr. Daniel worked as an engine builder at the GM Tech Center and the Warren Power train plant for 30 years. He loved working on classic cars, as well as motorcycle riding, and snowmobiling. Daniel loved being up north and being surrounded by nature. Daniel is survived by his long time companion Sandra Roe of Bruce Twp. and his daughters; Jaime Carr of Washington, Michigan and Michelle (Judd) Sehn of Washington, Michigan. Also survived by his brother James Carr of Dearborn, Michigan and sister Kathleen Martin of Hazel Park, Michigan. Grandchildren include; Zachary (Natasha) Sehn of North Carolina, Victoria Sehn of Lapeer, Michigan, and Danielle Vollen of South Carolina. Funeral services will take place on Saturday September 20, 2014 at 11 AM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, Michigan with Pastor Bob Wright Officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan.
