David Casimer Kondziolka

David C. Kondziolka, age 75 a 21 year resident of Washington Twp. passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 at his home. David was born on June 18, 1944, the son of Casimer and Cecelia (Miller) Kondziolka. He was a graduate of St. Clement Catholic Church High School in Center Line, MI. in 1963. After graduating high school, he was then called into the military and he served two years in the Army. In November of 1965, he married Pamela Miller at St. Clement Catholic Church in Center Line. In the beginning of his work career he was a draftsman, then worked at as Engineer at General Motors. He was laid off for several years and then began his own company called “Kitchens by Dave”. To finish out his work career, he worked for Wolverine Carbide for 15 years. David loved hunting, woodworking, golfing, fishing, and cars. David is survived by his loving wife Pam of Washington Twp., children; Michael (Cheryl) of Big Rapids and Jennifer Kondziolka of Shelby Twp. along with grandchildren Jenna & Casimer Kondziolka. Sibilings include Frances Schroen of Bad Axe, Marcella Gauthereaux of Texas, Marion (Chuck) Licavoli of Florida, Caroline Opatik of Warren, Leo (Debra) Kondziolka of Warren, and Loretta Lewis of Warren. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 10 AM at St. John and Paul Catholic Church (7777 28 Mile Road, Washington, Michigan 48094). Visitation will be on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 2-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Samaritan House (62324 Van Dyke Road, Washington, Michigan 48094).
