David Eric Bondy

The world just got a little sadder today. David Eric Bondy, age 48, left it peacefully on Labor Day, 2020. Anyone who ever met David was truly touched by his warmth, talent, generosity and adorable smile. David’s heart was huge and he never approached anything with only half of it. He never met a snowmobile trail he didn’t want to blaze, a fish he didn’t want to catch and release, a lawn he didn’t want to groom, a garage he didn’t want to organize, or a handyman project he didn’t want to tackle. His cabinet making skills were unmatched. Anyone who cherishes something that David built (and there are many of us) knows the quality and attention to detail he put into everything he touched. David was met in heaven by his dad, Jerry and brother-in-law, David Bammel. Waiting patiently to see him again are his mother, Deanna Bondy, his brother Steve(Denise) Bondy and his sisters Roz(Carl) Mischley, Kathy(David) Boyd, Colleen(Tom) Brinker, Julie Bammel, Lynn(Joe) Kuligowski and Christin(Steve) Defour. He also leaves behind his close friend Tyler Millerand many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. David was a kind and generous soul. Even when he needed help himself, he was always there to lend a hand to someone who needed it more.He was incredibly dependable. If you asked him to meet you on Mars in 10 years and never spoke of it again, come hell or high water he’d be there waiting for you. Your goodness will stay in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, Muzzy. A private service will be held.
