David M. Morgan

David M. Morgan, age 87 a resident of Sterling Heights since 1967 pass away on October 20, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. David was born on November 7, 1934 the son of Willis and Ina (Malone). David married Shirley Melton in Lansing, Michigan in 1962.

David was a Metal Finisher who worked at Metal Specialist and had an intricate part in building the Delorian, Dodge Prowler, and the Dodge Viper. He was also well known for being the lead guitarist for the band Country Cousins Band. He also liked to do crafts along with watching horse racing.

David is survived by his loving wife Shirley of Sterling Heights. Daughters; Debra (MedHat) Higazy of Harrison Twp., Tracey Bree of Gaylord, Carol Ann Morgan of Sterling Heights, and Lisa (Matt) Minauro of Washington Twp.. Brother Danny (Mary Grace) Morgan. Grandchildren Robert (Bridget) Roehl, Julie Gustavo Roehl Perez, Stephanie (John) Diffin, Raimi Bree, Brittney Lapyrne, Vanessa Minauro, and Matthew Minauro. Along with 14.5 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Morgan.

Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 10 AM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 23, 2022 from 1-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Christian Memorial Gardens, Rochester Michgian.
