Desmond Neil Buzzell

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the death of Desmond Neil Buzzell, son of Neil and Pearl Buzzell, born in Romeo. After serving in World War II in the Army, Des went on to teach generations in Coldwater, MI, L'Anse Creuse, MI, and Fullerton, CA. He was beloved by his students, many of whom kept in touch over the decades. He retired to Clearwater, Florida. His family holds many fond memories of this gentle, kind, and intelligent man. He will be missed. A small family service will be held in Romeo, Michigan, where he will be interred next to his parents.
