Dolores Enciso, born on April 28, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan to Dolores and Jesus Huerta. From childhood she resided with her 10 siblings in Saginaw. Dolores marries Jose Enciso on April 29, 1950, was blessed to have 7 children, and remained married until her husband’s death on April 26, 1970. She then moved to Romeo, where she resided until 2018. She resided in Shelby Twp. since then, and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Dolores is survived by her 7 children, 17 grand children, and 1 great, great granddaughter. Jose (Sally) Enciso, and grandchildren, Jose Enciso, Erica Hatfield,, great grand-grandson: Kierian Enciso, and great-great granddaughter Mariah Enciso, and adopted daughters Amy Willard, Anna Tice, and Stella Loy. Allen (Pat Paddock) Enciso, and grandchildren Lars (Rebecca) Nelson, Lukas (Becky) Enciso, great-grandchildren Emma, Hannah, and Ava. Granddaughter Annika (Kyle) Tabor. Grandson Richard (Cortney) Paddock; great-grandson Isaac. Gary (Sandy) Enciso; grandchildren Heather (Daniel) Salisbury, great-grandchild Amelia. Rachel (Mark) Kloock; grandchildren Charise (Justin) Boron,; great-grandchildren Lavender, Noah, Jakob, and Reed Boron; grandchildren Leighton (Jodi) Kloock and great grandchildren Mitchell, Brooklyn, Leighton, and Oliver Kloock. Sondra (Kevin) McCarthy and grandchildren Kevin, Timothy, Colleen, and Clinton McCarthy. Elliot (Mary Sue) Enciso and grandchildren Amanda Johnson, and Hannah, Emma, and Olivia Enciso. Jon (Janet) Enciso, and grandchildren Katie, Jordan (Sam) Merrill and great grandchildren Haddi and Asher Merrill; grandson Blake Enciso. Dolores is survived by her sister Rachel (David) Bartholomew, Abe Huerta. Dolores was a faithful follower of Jesus since childhood and belonged to a number of Baptist and Evangelical Churches, most notably 1st Baptist of Romeo, Macomb Christian Community Center & Christ Covenant Church in Utica. Doris loved classic films & hymns, Swing Music, sweets of all kinds, fresh flowers, and especially her family. Known to her grandchildren as “Mimi,” Dolores was a godly matriarch whose love and influence are profound and broad. She is deeply loved and greatly missed. Visiting from 3-5, and a Celebration of Life service at 5PM next Saturday, August 21, at Heritage Church, 44625 Schoenherr, Sterling Heights, MI 48313. Local arrangements by the Henry M.
