Donald Richard Striber

Donald Striber, a life long resident of Romeo/Almont Michigan, passed away at his home on February 11, 2018. Donald was born in Mt. Clemens on June 26, 1950, the son of Edwin and Carol (Ketchum) Striber. Donald graduated from Romeo High School in 1968. He was a 30 year employee of General Motors. Donald was an avid hunter and fisherman, and was a classic car buff who owned a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury. Donald is survived by his son, Michael Striber of Almont, his daughter Deborah (Rich) Ziehm of Almont, his sister Karen Watterson of Romeo, and his sister-in law Marion Striber. He was also survived by his granddaughter Melissa Zeihm and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Edwin and Carol Striber and his brothers James and Edward Striber and sister Linda. Funeral services will be held at Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan on February 15, 2018 at 10 AM. Father Jerry Kessel will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 PM to 8 PM on February 14, 2018, at Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, 11280 32 Mile Road Romeo, Michigan. Burial will follow at McCafferty Cemetery.
