Donna Mae Murray

Donna Mae Murray, age 87, passed away on April 19, 2022 at Vista Springs in Washington, Michigan. Donna was born December 16, 1934 in Port Huron, Michigan, the daughter of Chester C. and Jessie (Hunt) Nelson. Formerly from Romeo, she married Howard Murray on June 19, 1954 in Port Huron, Michigan and they were married for 67 years. Donna was a homemaker who was very crafty and enjoyed painting, crocheting, gardening, and her flowers. Donna is survived by her husband Howard of St. Clair, Michigan, and her children Steven A. (Tina Nettnay) Murray of Bruce Township, Vickie (Courtland) Lee of Romeo, Brian (Sara) Murray of Bruce Township, and Connie (Brian Smith) Hernden of Shelby Township. Grandchildren Brian (Meghan) Murray, Matthew (Amanda) Murray, Nicholas (Melissa) Murray, Chad (Trista) Miller, Scott (Sarah) Miller, Jennifer (Jon) Bednarz, Michael (Kristen) Murray, Tanya (Jeff) Carrol, Amanda (Stewart) Martin, Lindsey (Zachery) Lewis, and Jacob Hernden, as well as 24 Great-Grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her Great-Grandson Gavin Miller. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday April 23, 2022 at 10am at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Majeski officating. Visitation will be held on Friday April 22, 2022 from 1-8 P.M. at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Bruce-Armada Cemetery in Bruce Township, Michigan.
