Elaine R. Myslicki
April 14, 1942 — January 28, 2025
Elaine Ruth Myslicki (Silisky), 82 of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away on January 28, 2025. She was born to John and Stella (Narkiewicz) Siliskey on April 14, 1942 in Hamtramck, Michigan. Elaine was a 1960 graduate from Hamtramck High School, the same year that she won 1st Runner-Up in the Miss Hamtramck beauty pageant. Known for her effervescent personality and kindness, she enjoyed meeting people as she worked in real estate and as a medical assistant. In her later years, this loving Mother and Grandmother took pleasure in passing down Polish traditions and history to her family.
Elaine was predeceased by her parents, John and Stella, and by her brother Gerald Silisky. She is survived by her ex-husband Robert Myslicki of Clinton Township; her three children: Cheryl Johnson of Clinton Township, Dawn Myslicki of Fraser, and Jeff Myslicki (Denise) of Washington Township; four grandchildren: Jeff Johnson, Michelline Belanger, Danica Myslicki, and Makayla Myslicki; and by one Sister-in-Law: Millie Silisky of Warren, Michigan.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, MI. from 9-12 pm, with a “Memory Share” beginning at 11 am.
Elaine will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan, among her mother, father, and brother in a private ceremony to be held in the future.
In lieu of flowers, family requested donations be sent to the American Cancer Society.
