Erdo Graziani, age 96, a resident of Sterling Heights for over 40 years, previously from Detroit, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. Erdo was born in Secinaro, Italy on July 1, 1924, the son of Antonio & Gradita (Giandomenica) Graziani where he enjoyed playing soccer and skiing in the Italian Mountains. He served in the Italian Army and after he was discharged moved to the United States. He would go home to visit his family in Italy where he married the former Maria (Simone) on October 19, 1957 and settled in the US. She preceded him in death on November 13, 2016. He worked for the Borg Warner Corporation in Sterling Heights, for over 42 years as a Quality Inspector before retiring in 1990. After retirement, he enjoyed his photography, playing all kinds of card games, especially euchre, and playing bocce ball. Along with his family, they were long time members of St Blase Catholic Church in Sterling Heights, where he served as an usher for many years. He was also a member of the Secinarese Club of America where his father was a founding member. Erdo is survived by his children: Son-in-law Russ Morgan of Shelby Twp., Loretta (Mark) Alexander of Beverly Hills, MI., and Annette (Stuart) Lozen of Clinton Township, also survived by grandchildren Garrett (Jessica) Ellard, Luke Morgan, Brandon, Kristen & Kyle Alexander, Nicholas & Julianna Lozen. Also survived by sister-in-law Mary Graziani. Erdo was preceded in death by his daughter Elaine Morgan, and brother Elmo. Funeral services will take place on Monday, December 28 at 11 am at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo (343 S. Main, Romeo Michigan 48065). Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township. Local arrangements by the Henry M.
