Eresel Prutchick

Ersel I. Prutchick, age 83, a 9 year resident of Romeo and formerly from Flint, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2007 at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester.  Ersel was born February 21, 1924 in Cass City, MI., the daughter of Omar and Retta (Francis) Glaspie.  She married Nicholas Prutchick on June 7, 1947 in Cass City and he preceded her in death in March of 1997.  Ersel love of her life was being with her family, especially her grand children and great grandchildren. Her hobbies included many, especially bowling, baking and all type of crafts.      Ersel is survived by her children, Kathy (Steven) Turner of Romeo and Nicholas (Lorrie) Prutchick of Sandusky, Ohio.  Grandchildren surviving include Angela (Edmund) Shaw, Kevin, Jessica, Amanda, Charity, & Steven.  Great grandchildren include Nicholas, Marques, Jacob, Cedric, & Jailyn.  Ersel was preceded in death by her great granddaughter Alannah and brothers George & Grant Glaspie and her sister Ellamay Clara.      Funeral services will take place on Tuesday at Noon at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Pastor Eric Majeski of Grace Lutheran Fellowship officiating.  Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.  Donations to the Leukemia Research would be appreciated.
