Frances E. Conlon, age 81, a resident of Washington Township since 1964, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township. Frances was born March 14, 1933 in Toronto, Canada, the daughter of Hugh and Laura (Turner) Rutledge. She married Thomas Conlon in Toronto on October 25, 1958. After earning her Register Nurse degree, she worked for many hospital systems and retired from the Romeo Nursing Home after many years of employment. Once retired, Frances spent many hours being with her many grandchildren. Frances is survived by her husband Tom, children: Michael, Thomas (Gina), Mary (Richard) Dudas, Anne Conlon Tourtillott, & Patricia (Daniel) Izzo. Grandchildren include Emma, Daniel, Kelly, Megan, Leo, Luke, Theodore, Robert, Hope, Franklin, Martin, and Penny. Also survived by her siblings: William Rutledge, Hugh (Brenda) Rutledge, & Cathy Auger. Frances was preceded in death by her daughter in law Melissa and brother John Rutledge. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 10 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo with burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield Michigan. Visitation will on Wednesday from 2-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo, Michigan with a 7:30 PM rosary by the Knights of Columbus, Council # 7018 officiating. Main Romeo, Michigan 48065 Interment: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 10 Mile Road 1 mile west of Telegraph Southfield, Michigan
