Gerald T. Proulx

Gerald T. Proulx, age 44, an 11 year resident of Shelby Township, passed away on March 16, 2015 at the Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Son of Gerald and Edith (Pickard) Proulx. Gerald married his beloved wife Michelle on August 16, 2003 at St. Clement Catholic Church in Romeo. He worked at Walmart/Sams Club for 15 years where he was a manager. Gerald loved hunting and bowling but most of all he loved being with his wife. He also had a love of guns and spent time at the shooting range. Gerald is survived by his beloved wife Michelle of Shelby Township. Brothers Laurence (Carolyn) Proulx of Sterling Heights, Michigan and Bryan (Kazuyo) Proulx of Japan, and his sister Tina Marie of Shelby Township, Michigan. Sister in-laws Vanessa Dellinger and Nanette (Dan) Wheitzmann, and brother in-laws Norman Dellinger Jr., and Michael (Dora) Schnur. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place Saturday March 21, 2015 at 10 AM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home with Deacon Kurt Godfryd officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 PM until 8 PM, and Friday from 3 PM until 8 PM. Burial will be at Utica Cemetery, in Utica Michigan.
