Germaine M. Evely

Germaine M. Evely, age 91 a Romeo resident since 1959 passed away on March 20, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Germaine was born on April 14, 1925 the daughter of Albert and Clara (Goeddeke) Chateau. In 1950 she married John Evely in Detroit, Michigan who predeceased her in death in 2000. Germaine loved doing puzzles and feeding the birds. She especially loved spending time with her family. Germaine is survived by her children Donna Lesko of Washington Twp., Tim Evely of Brown City, Scott (Sherri) of Washington Twp., Beth (Dale) Abercrombie of Armada Twp., Jim (Lori) of Colorado, Lori (Dan) Barnabo of Romeo, Joe (Char) of Metamora, and Kim (Tom) Daniel of Romeo. 21 Grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 1-8.
