Glenn L. Van Horn age 69, a 45 year resident of Romeo/Washington Twp. passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Glenn was born on June 2, 1946 the son of Guy and Ruth (Snidecor). He was in the United States Air Force for 4 years. Before retiring in 2006 he worked for the Canadian National Railway for 42 years. He was a major sports fan, you could even find him watching several TV’s at once to catch up on all the action, He even played baseball in the Air force. He loved reading, spending time with his grandkids, and umpiring Romeo baseball games. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Rosemary of Washington Twp. Children; Jennifer (Peter) Jamrog of Washington Twp. and David of Washington Twp. Sisters Linda (David) Wiseley of Gaylord and Glenna (Jim) Harris of Rochester Hills. Grandchildren Sarah and Nicholas. He was pre deceased by his daughter Amy in 1971. A service will be held on Saturday April 2, 2016 at 11 AM at Grace Baptist Church in Romeo, Michigan. Visitation will be on Friday April 1, 2016 from 2-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Donations can be made to Grace Baptist Church (172 W Lafayette St, Romeo, MI 48065).
