Gloria T. Sherman

Gloria T. Sherman, age 74, a 37 year resident of Romeo and formerly from Madison Heights, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester Hills, MI.  Gloria was born December 30, 1932 in Harbor Beach, MI., the daughter of Clarence and Adeline (Booms) Wehner.  She married Edward Sherman on March 7, 1953 at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach.  Gloria enjoyed being with her family and especially her grandchildren.       Gloria is survived her husband Edward, two daughters, Karen S. of Romeo and Gail Hoffman of St Clair Shores, MI.  Also survived by grandchildren Kelli & Shawn along with siblings:  Arley (Donnie) Mausolf & Larry (Reta)  Wehner both of Harbor Beach, Beverly Gorney of Bad Axe, and Clare (Marj) Wehner of Riley Twp.  Gloria was preceded in death by her son-in-law Dan Hoffman and her brother Jerry.     Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 8 at 10 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo with burial to follow at Bruce-Armada Cemetery.  Donations to either Karmonos Cancer or a charity of your choice in memory of Gloria would be appreciated.
