Helen Pauline Lang

Helen Pauline Lang, age 93 a resident of Romeo since 2009 passed away on November 4, 2018 at Vista Springs in Romeo. A true steel magnolia, Helen was born December 20, 1924 in La Follette, TN. Helen was the second youngest of 11 children. In 1945, she married her childhood sweetheart Rudy Cox. After being stationed throughout the country they settled in Clinton Township, MI in 1965, where their 3 girls grew up. Helen was employed by the Clinton Township Water Department where she retired after 20 years. After the sudden death of Rudy, she married John Lang and was happily married for 38 years until his death. Helen enjoyed playing the organ and piano as well as socializing. Helen is survived by her 3 daughters Lynda Page, Kathy (Wally) Beiber, and Karyn Choate, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her stepson Fred Lange. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 3-8pm with Funeral Service on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10 am at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, MI. Burial will follow at Cadillac Memorial Gardens.
