Hilda L Licholat

Hilda L. Licholat, age 77, a resident in Addison Twp, Michigan. Passed away on April 16, 2021 at Acsension Providence Rochester, Michigan. Hilda was born on November 4, 1943 daughter of James and Mildred (Cook) Fisher. Hilda was a woman that loved entertaining, especially game nights, where family and friends loved being her partner at board games or in Pinochle and Euchre. She was an avid reader, movie lover, and conqueror of crossword puzzles. She was passionate about creating beautiful art: paper crafts, quilting, and most of all, exquisite beaded jewelry. Hilda is survived by her three children, Michael (Diane) Licholat of Addison Twp., Mark Licholat of Ohio, and Jennifer (Steve) Laseke of Washington Twp. Grandchildren Rachel and Andrew Scheich, Alexandra Leas, Wesley Licholat, Emma Licholat, Zachary Licholat-Surati. One great grandchild James Louis Scheich. . Hilda was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, James Licholat; by her parents; and by her sister, Georgia Fisher.. Visitation will be held on April 23, 2021 from 4-8 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo, MI. There will be a Memorial Remembrance at 6:30. In lieu of flowers the family encourages a donation in Hilda’s memory to the American Heart Association.
