James Allen Richardson

James Allen Richardson, age 77, a 48 year resident of Washington, Michigan, passed away March 25, 2024 at Commonwealth Senior Living. James was born November 8, 1946 in Sandusky, Michigan, the son of Kenneth L. and Ethelwyne Blanch (McKee) Richardson. After graduating from Romeo High School, James was self-employed as a car salesman for many years before retiring.

James loved the water, and especially enjoyed taking his boat out. He also enjoyed snowmobiling in the winter. He also loved cars, and owned many throughout his lifetime.

James is survived by his brothers, Terry (Nancy) Richardson of Port Huron, Dennis (Shelly) Richardson of Florida, sister-in-law Peggy Richardson of Romeo, and brother-in-law Joseph Dibley of Marine City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his siblings; Charles Richardson and Jacqueline Dibley.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM service with Ellen Polzin, held at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo, Michigan.
