James K. Beltz

Jim Beltz, age 69, a resident of Washington Township, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Jim was born on January 29, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Carl and Nanette Beltz. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Shirley (Rowland) Beltz, his son Barry, his daughter Carin (Jonathan) Yates, granddaughter Ellery Ann Yates, brother Carl (Elyse) Beltz, sister Carol (Phil) O’Brien and many other extended family members. Jim retired from Calverley Supply Company three years ago after serving in the HVAC industry since 1969. Jim was a lifelong boater and known for his bad jokes and long stories. Memorial service will take place on Sunday, December 4th at 11:00 am at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 3rd from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
