Jean M. Beaudry

Jean M. Beaudry, age 82, a resident of Romeo since 1957, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, Michigan.  Jean was born October 30, 1935 in Red Lake Falls, MN, the daughter of Martin and Marie (Pahlen) Ford. She graduated from Red Lake Falls High School in 1953.  On June 23, 1956, she married Allen Beaudry at St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls.  After marriage, they lived in Minnesota for a year before moving to Romeo.  While in Michigan, she worked at Chrysler Corporation and then at Macy’s Department Store.  She also, while working, attended Macomb County Community College for two years.  Jean was preceded in death by an infant son and her husband Allen on February 5, 1999. She is survived by her three daughters:  Susan (John) Wiers and their children Brian & Ashley, Sherryl (Mark) LaBelle and their children Nicholas & Derek and Jean’s great granddaughter Elin, and Shelley (Thomas) Beyer and their children Alyssa & Gavin.  Jean was also preceded in death by her 3 brothers Leo, Harold, & Elmer Ford.     Funeral services will take place on Monday, June 18 at 10 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3-7 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo.  Burial will take place at St Mary’s Cemetery in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota.
