Jeffrey Charles Adams

We are heartbroken to announce the untimely passing of Jeffrey Charles Adams, age 34, formerly of Ray Township, Michigan. Jeff took his life on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

Jeff was born on November 21, 1988 to Calvin Adams and Christine Adams (Sarosy).

Jeff had an intensely burning fire within him that shone through to all that knew him. He was kind beyond obligation and often went out of his way to help everyone. He had a great sense of humor and loved those little practical jokes that his friends and family can all attest to. Jeff had an Associate’s Degree in Construction Technology and loved his work as an accomplished Finish Carpenter. He was a great cook and liked being in the kitchen making varying combinations for his delicious spaghetti sauce. Jeff picked wild black raspberries and made his raspberry/white peach pie which was legendary. He also was an avid Morel mushroom hunter and incorporated them into his recipes. He loved to fish, not only during the warm summer months but in winter as well, using his awesome ice fishing hut which was heated! In addition, Jeff was a formidable disc golfer and played at many of the area courses. He loved camping and kayaking and working on his beloved GTO.

He is survived by his parents and his sister Sarah Adams as well as many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. His grandparents, Lewis and Barbara Crites, and Stanley and Jacqueline Adams have preceded him in death.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 3-6 pm at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home in Romeo, MI.
