Jonathan A. Rauch

Jonathan A. Rauch, age 54, a 10 year resident of Washington Twp., and previously a longtime Romeo area resident, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the Heartland, West Bloomfield Nursing Facility.  Jonathan was born August 12, 1953 in Mt Clemens, the son of Allen and Elfrieda (Dahn) Rauch.  Jonathan was currently employed at Ford Motor Company at its Sterling Axle Plant in Sterling Heights.  He was a lifelong member of St John Lutheran Church of Romeo, a member of the National Rifle Association, was a Civil War enthusiast, enjoyed collecting and working on old farm tractors, and in his spare time he was an avid hunter & fisherman.     Jonathan is survived by his daughter Amanda of Rochester Hills, MI., and his sisters:  Judy Coiner of Lacon, ILL. & Janet (Kendall) Watkins of Ray, MI.   Also survived by his three nieces Lynne O'Neil, Denise Coiner, & Stephanie Janiak.      Funeral services will take place on Sunday at 5 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Mark Evans of St John Lutheran Church of Romeo officiating.  Visitation will take place on Sunday from 2-5 PM, the hour of service.
