Joseph (Joey) P. Plotkowski, age 29, a lifelong Shelby Twp. Resident passed away on June 20, 2014. Joey was born on September 17, 1984 in Rochester, Michigan the son of Patti (Hovey) and Tom. He obtained his Masters Degree from Wayne State University. Joey loved music, pop culture, social media, and family. Joey is survived by his parents Tom and Patti of Shelby Twp. Partner Michael Abdilla of Shelby Twp.. Sisters Chrissy (Brad) Nygaard of Grand Rapids and Katie (Tom) Mittelstaedt of Sterling Heights. Nieces and Nephews Erica, Anthony, and Sarah. Funeral services will take place on June 26, 2014 at 11 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church (343 S. Main St. Romeo, MI 48065). Visitation will be on Wednesday June 25, 2014 from 2-8 at the Henry M.
