Judith A. Rios

Judith A. Rios, age 65, a lifelong Romeo area resident, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at the Romeo Continuing Care Center. Judy was born January 31, 1944 in Romeo, the daughter of Gordon and Vivian (Hopp) Ruddick. She was a 1962 graduate of Romeo High School and was well know for her baking and cake decorating skills. Judy is survived by her brothers, Robert Ruddick of Romeo and Jack (Kathy) Ruddick of Hurley, New York. Also survived by 6 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Elaine Ruddick. Memorial services will take place on Thursday, August 27 at 1 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Randy Lett of St Peter’s Lutheran Church in Richmond officiating. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 12:30 till the 1 PM service. Donations to the Hospice of Michigan would be appreciated.
