Judith Ann Baker

Judith Ann Baker, age 78 passed away peacefully on October 23, 2019 at Angelica’s Place Assisted Living in Romeo, MI. Judy was born in Ferndale Michigan on February 17, 1941 to Demott and Ruth (Kirkum) Chase. She was a graduate of Romeo High School class of 1959. Her first job was at Interstate Manufacturing in Romeo. She then worked at the Department of Social Services for many years. Since 1967, Judy was a resident of Almont, MI. In 1981, Judy married Theodore Baker at the Romeo United Methodist Church. Judy enjoyed quilting, sewing, traveling and loving her family (especially her grandchildren). Judy is survived by her husband Theodore of Almont ; children Michael Wecker of Mt Clemens, Timothy (Anna) Baker of Pennsylvania, Thomas (Grendel) Baker of Virginia, Marc (Michele) Wecker of Almont, Christopher (Michelle) Wecker of New York and Anthony Wecker of Big Rapids; brother Keith (Candy) Chase of Macomb; and grandchildren Sylvia Baker, Lauren Baker, Mariah Wecker, Jonathon Wecker, Jeromiah Wecker and Mason Wecker. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10 AM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home with Pastor Trevor Herms officiating. Visitation will occur on Sunday, October 27, 2019 also at the funeral home from 3PM-8PM.
