Julie G. O'Brien

Julie G. O’Brien, age 58, a lifelong Romeo area resident, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at her home. Julie was born February 14, 1952 in New York, the daughter of Leslie and Marjorie (Inderleid) O’Brien. Julie graduated from Romeo High School in 1970 and then received her Psychology Degree from Oakland University in 1974. Julie then worked 17 years for the Village of Romeo as a secretary. Her hobbies included being with her cats, reading, listening to all types of music and being with her family and friends. Julie is survived by her husband Thomas Farrell of Romeo, along with siblings: Deborah (Mike) Holly of TN., Linda (Glenn) Moldovan of Ontario, Leslie (Holly Grundy) O’Brien of Ann Arbor, Sandy (James) Corbet of Missouri, Margie Capwell of TN., David (Jody) O’Brien of Las Vegas, and Matthew (Annika) O’Brien of Romeo. Also survived by 21 nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews. Memorial services are being planned at a later date. Arrangements by the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan.
