June Irene Cook, age 90, passed away in Saint Clair Michigan on Christmas Eve 2017. She was a resident of Shelby Township for 60 years. June was born on July 8, 927 in Endocott New York, to parents Reginald and Mildred (Anderson) Inderlied. June married Edward Cook and they had six children together. June was retired but she had a long career as a Hair Dresser and a Bus Driver for the Romeo School District. She enjoyed acting and singing along with bowling and golf. She always liked her special time with family and friends. She was active in Sweet Adelines and in the Heart of the Hills in Rochester. June is survived by her companion of 16 years Randy Guess. She is also survived by her children Ken (Jenine) Cook, Doug (Diane) Cook, and Bill (Kim) Cook. June was blessed to have 16 grandchildren and many great and great–great grandchildren.. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Cook. She was also predeceased by 3 of her children, Pat Cook, Barry (Cindy) Cook, and Don (Bev) Cook. A Celebration of Life service will take place in May during the burial of her ashes. Burial will be at Christian Memorial Gardens at 521 E. Hamlin in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
