Kelly M. (Mcculloch) Mudel

Kelly M. Mudel (McCulloch), age 59, a resident of Romeo for 16 years, passed away on June 4, 2021 at Troy Beaumont Hospital. Kelly was born on August 15, 1961 in Rochester, MI. Daughter of Joseph and Anna (Moser) McCulloch, and wife of Joseph Mudel. Graduate of Rochester High School, with an additional degree in cosmetology. Opened Calypso’s Salon in Waterford, MI for 30 years, then recently expanded to Romeo, MI for the past 7 years. Kelly loved spending her time watching Hallmark movies with her dog Lucas, and taking long rides with her husband on his Harley’s. She loved puzzles, camping, and the TV show ‘Friends,’ but most of all, she loved her family. Kelly is survived by her loving husband Joseph, and their three children, Leighton (Alyssa Giles), Portia (Jimmy Fairchild), Miranda (Dylan Elizondo). And her siblings, Sandra (John) Nyquist, Marilyn (Paul) Ventimiglia, Mike (Maureen) McCulloch, and Kevin (Rene) McCulloch. Funeral services will take place on Friday June 11, 2021 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Thursday June 10, 2021 from 2-8 pm.
