Lillian Helen Erdman

Lillian Helen Erdman, age 103, a lifelong Almont/Romeo area resident, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy.  Lillian was born in Romeo on September 3, 1904, the daughter of Henry and Edith (Plauman) Falk.  On June 10, 1925, Lillian married Frederick Erdman and he preceded her in death in July of 1993.  Along with her husband, they farmed their Ebeling Road farm until retirement in 1977, when they moved to Almont.  Lillian was a lifelong member of St John Lutheran Church in Romeo.      She is survived by her daughter Doris Bourgeois and her son Kenneth both of Almont along with grandchildren Diane (William) Sapelak of Romeo, Leon (Cathy) Bourgeois of Capac, and Dave Bourgeois of Romeo.  Also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her siblings, Alice Dahn, Harvey, Robert and Alfred Falk.       Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 11 AM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Mark Evans of St John Lutheran Church of Romeo officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bruce-Armada Cemetery in Bruce Twp., Michigan.
