Linda Marie Digregorio

Linda Marie DiGregorio, age 57,a 25 year resident of Sterling Heights, passed away at her home on Thursday, September 17, 2009. Linda was born January 2, 1952 in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of Edward and Germaine (VanEenoo) Malburg. She married Michael Francis DiGregorio on Nov. 11, 1978 at St Kieran’s Catholic Church in Shelby Twp., Michigan. Linda worked many years at the McDonald’s restaurant on the Lakeside Mall Circle drive. She loved to read, attended St Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Sterling Heighs and enjoyed being with her family, especially her new grandson Jackson. Linda is survived by her husband Michael, daughters: Alicia (Justin) Bradley of Royal Oak and Brianna (Harvey) Bannister of Indianapolis, Indiana. Also survived by her grandson Jackson, mother Germaine Malburg of Shelby Twp., along with siblings: Maryann Sokolowski/Fielder of Shelby Twp., Barbara J. (Jim) LaGrou of Armada Twp., Marlene D. Dominick of Roseville, MI., David P. (Justine) Malburg of Shelby Twp., and Lynnette A. Malburg of Macomb Twp. She was preceded in death by her father Edward on January 19, 1981 and her sister Annette on October 21, 1956. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, Sept 24 at 10:30 AM at St Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Sterling Heights. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5-9 and on Wednesday from 2-9 with a 7 PM rosary at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. (11280 32 Mile Road, Romeo, MI. 48065) . Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
