Lisa M. Diaz

Lisa M. Diaz, age 29, a resident of Romeo, passed away in Mexico on July 4, 2009. She was born September 14, 1981 in Mt Clemens, the daughter of Luis and Dawn (Kreger) Bernard. Lisa graduated from Imlay City High School and enjoyed taking care of her son Josue, shopping and cooking. Lisa is survived by her son Josue, parents, Luis & Dawn Bernard of Romeo along with siblings: Luis Bernard of Almont and Kristina Bernard of Romeo. Also survived her grandfather Thomas Bernard of Puerto Rico along with her niece Auleria and her nephew Giovany. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 11 AM at Grace Lutheran Fellowship with Pastor Eric Majeski officiating. Burial will follow in the McCafferety Cemetery in Bruce Township. Arrangements by the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-9 at the funeral Home.
