Margaret Ann Bickmann, age 85, a 44 year resident of Imlay City, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 4, 2017. Margaret was born on January 5, 1932 the daughter of Frank and Teresa (Metz) Stevens. On October 8, 1955 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Richmond she married David J. Bickmann. Margaret loved U of M football and even attended a game at the “Big House”. Margaret was a great and loving mom and loved all of her family. She served on the Altar Society of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Imlay City for many years, helping with funeral luncheons and other events. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, David of Imlay City Township. Children; Michael (Barb) of Washington Twp., Donna (Patrick) Schweiger of Casco, Daniel (Mary Kay) of Rochester, David (Kendra) of Imlay City Twp., Linda (Daniel) Lazurka of Croswell, Maryann (Robert) Bullock of Capac, and Mark of Lapeer. Margaret also has 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, brother James Stevens, sisters-in-law Theresa Stevens, Kathleen Bickmann, and Mary Jane Stevens. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Joanna Lazurka along with one sister, Lois Baker, and five brothers, Charles, Richard, Frank, Robert, and Donald Stevens.
