Margaret C. Bolen

Margaret C. Bolen, age 74, a 6 year resident of Washington Twp., and formerly from Oakland Twp. and Ferndale, MI., passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. Margaret was born May 1, 1935 in Detroit, the daughter of Carl and Hannah (Dronsella) Keller. She marred Dan Bolen on February 2, 1957 in Royal Oak. Margaret enjoyed golfing with her Romeo friends, gardening, and was also a member of St John Lutheran Church in Romeo. Margaret is survived by her husband Dan, children: Jeff (Angel) & Eric Bolen of Ferndale, and Alan (Christine) Bolen of Negaunee, Michigan. Also survived by grandson David, siblings: John Keller of Hollywood, Florida, Harriet (Frank) Smith of Clarkston, and nieces & nephews: Ron Gilmour, Shawn Smith and Heather Smith/Fernandez. Memorial services will take place on Sunday, May 2 at 6 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Mark Evans of St. John Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will take place from 1-6 PM on Sunday.
